Although not your typical guesthouse, Zalfa offers the warmth and hospitality that any guesthouse can offer. Strategically located in the heart of Batroun, Zalfa is an apartment in a building comprising of three very cute bedrooms, a large salon, a kitchen and a common lounge area.
Zalfa might not be a stand-alone construction overlooking the sea of Batroun or a traditional house endowed with a nice garden, but Zalfa has Jack and Elyse, and that’s what counts. Welcoming you warmly, this lovely couple who own and run the guesthouse will make sure you feel at home from the moment you settle in the apartment.
“This is your house” is what Jack will say to you, handing you the keys to your room and to the house, after having welcomed you with a delicious glass of lemonade made in Batroun. And indeed, it will automatically feel like it’s your own house. Unpack, chill in the salon, stock your own groceries in the fridge, and head out to discover and enjoy the beautiful streets and corners of Batroun.
If you need only one room, then you have to know that you will probably share the house and your bathroom with other people (you’ve been warned!). On another hand, Zalfa can be a great accommodation option for a group of friends (6 to 8) or a family looking to have a private cozy house for a weekend, or maybe more, in Batroun.
Jack is always available in person or by phone to assist you in anything you need during your stay. Don’t hesitate to contact him for any questions you have about the guesthouse or things to do in Batroun.
